Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting contractors and suppliers to apply to be placed on an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil work required by the Department of National Defence, in Northern Canada (including, but not limited to, sites in Yellowknife, Inuvik, and North Warning System sites located in the Northwest Territories and the Yukon, but excluding Nunavut and Goose Bay, NL) for three fiscal years (April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029).
