- What's free and what's Pro?
- Free gives you unlimited live search, one saved alert with every match listed on your dashboard, and a weekly email of new matches. Pro, at $19 a month (or $171 a year, three months free), adds a daily email, up to five alerts, a fit score with a one-line reason for each tender in your email, plain-English summaries, and posting to Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- Why $19?
- Multi-country alert services we checked charge $49 to $149 a month, and the cheaper tier usually buys a single alert. We cover the UK, EU, US and Canada with five alerts for $19 because the whole service runs on official open data and is run by one person. If you only need one country, the portals' own alerts (Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, TED, SAM.gov, CanadaBuys) cost nothing, and the market guides explain each of them.
- Is there a trial?
- The free plan is the trial. Search and the weekly digest cost nothing, for as long as you like. Upgrade when a daily email and fit scores are worth $19 to you.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Billing runs through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles tax and invoices. Cancel or change your card from Dashboard, then Billing. You never have to email anyone. Cancelling stops the next renewal, monthly or yearly, and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. On the yearly plan we email you 14 days before each renewal, and if you cancel part-way we refund the months you have not used: what you paid, minus $19 for each month started.
- What's the refund policy?
- Cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for. Refunds are limited to duplicate or mistaken charges, a documented service failure on our side, and cases where the law requires one, because everything Pro delivers can be tested for free first.
