Ongoing Qualification RFSA. Public Services Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Correctional Service Canada, is establishing a Supply Arrangement Agreement to qualify suppliers to replace obsolete ESS technologies within Federal Correctional institutions across Canada.
