Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC), is issuing an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) for the Supervision Modernization Program (SMP) procurement process. The objective of this ITQ is to establish a list of Qualified Suppliers for participation in subsequent phases of the procurement process. Participation in this ITQ is limited to Canadian Suppliers as defined in the solicitation documents. All responses to this ITQ must be submitted by the date and time specified in this SAP Ariba event.
