The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the provision of Electronic Flares (Red, Amber, Blue) as detailed in Annex A, to the Identified Users across Canada. The period of the Standing Offer will be from date of Standing Offer issuance until March 31, 2029, with the option to extend for two (2) additional 1-year periods.
