Global Affairs Canada (GAC) requires the services of a Managing Contractor to provide program management and implementation services in support of the delivery of the Economic and Technical Cooperation (ECOTECH) Program established under the Canada-Indonesia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA).
