The work consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for material disposal at Codroy, NL. In general, work under this contract will consist of, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following: 1. Removal of previously excavated/dredged material, which is currently stockpiled at the SCH main site in Codroy, NL. The disposal location for the soil is the DFO breakwater site northwest of the main facility. Note that the existing stockpile contains remnants of a plastic/enviroliner in amongst the soil.
