This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number 10251648 dated November 20, 2025 with a closing of January 15, 2026 at 14:00 EST. The mandate of Canadian Heritage’s (PCH) Capital Celebrations and Program Operations directorate is to organize major events in the National Capital Region (NCR).
