The Department of National Research Council (NRC) has a requirement to procure the following services the Clinical Trial Material Facility (CTMF) requires customized and advanced GMP- compliant biomanufacturing operational training. It must be hands-on use of equipment comparable to that used within NRC's Clinical Trial Material Facility (CTMF) i.e. a Clean Room, GMP compliant environment.
