NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) The Department of National Defence (DND), in support of the Canadian Forces Health Services (CFHS), has a requirement for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, documentation, and warranty support of ten (10) Mobile Treatment Centre (MTC) cap-style slide-in modules.
