The proposed works comprise the complete refurbishment of two existing WC facilities, including removal of existing sanitaryware, cubicles, wall and floor finishes, and associated fittings. The contractor shall undertake all necessary design development, supply and installation of new sanitaryware, IPS duct panelling, cubicles, vanity units, hygienic wall cladding, safety flooring, fire-rated doors and associated mechanical, plumbing and electrical modifications.
