Eastleigh Borough Council (the Authority) is seeking to appoint an expert Main Contractor to undertake the design & build of 192 new mixed tenure homes in Botley, Eastleigh, Hampshire. Full development consent has been secured in 2026. The Authority committed itself to provide new homes, services and infrastructure, at this development, known as Kings Copse Avenue (KCA). KCA is a key part of the Authority's self-delivery of housing pipeline.
