Bracknell Forest Council is seeking to establish a multi-supplier Open Framework for the provision of Capital Works, Planned Maintenance, Refurbishment, Lifecycle Replacement and Associated Construction Works across the Council’s operational and corporate property portfolio. The Framework will provide the Council with a flexible route to commission a range of construction-related works of varying size, complexity, value and risk profile across its estate.
