Wakefield Metropolitan District Council (the Council) wishes to commission a Service to provide information, advice and support for Adult and Young Adult Carers living in Wakefield District. Unpaid carers are a vital part of the health and care system, providing essential support to family members, friends and neighbors who have an illness, disability, mental health condition, substance dependency or care needs associated with ageing.
