Powys County Council ("the Council") is establishing a framework agreement for childcare settings to provide Welsh Government Childcare for 2 year olds in Powys. The childcare programme is to ensure that all children from 2 years old, resident in Powys have access to free, high quality childcare for up to 2.5 hours per day, for a maximum of 12.5 hours per week.
