Transport for London (TfL), acting on behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA), invites suitably qualified organisations to participate in an Open Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 Light Touch Regime for the provision of Third Party Resident Support Services in support of the Warm Homes Local Grant (WHLG) Programme. The Warm Homes Local Grant Programme is funded by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) and delivers domestic energy efficiency and low-carbon heating measures to eligible low-income households across London.
