The Council is seeking to commission a targeted early intervention, careers support for vulnerable pupils with additional needs to help reduce the risk of young people disengaging at the point of transition, improve their wellbeing and life chances, and support delivery of wider borough objectives for children and young people. This service is required to maintain engagement in education, raise aspirations and ensure that identified pupils have clear, realistic and supported post-16 plans.
