The Contract is for the operation of Pavilions in the Park, The Bridge Leisure Centre, Billingshurst Leisure Centre and Steyning Leisure Centre. The Contract also includes the design and delivery of a new Active Wellbeing Service comprising both facility-based and neighbourhood-based programmes aimed at increasing participation in physical activity, improving health and wellbeing outcomes and supporting the Council's wider strategic priorities.
