Caerphilly County Borough Council (the “Council”) is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for AI Enabled Transcription Tools (the “Framework”). The purpose of the Framework is to support the Council to deliver a range of AI Transcription Tools to meet the varying needs of Council.
