Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking to appoint a Provider to deliver an Integrated Carers Support and Prevention Service. The Service will provide support for unpaid carers aged 18 and over, together with low-level preventative support for adults aged 18 and over to help maintain independence, improve wellbeing and prevent, reduce or delay the need for statutory care and support services.
