The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is inviting tenders for the delivery of a Multiple Needs Navigator Service across the Bradford District. The service will provide intensive, person-centred and trauma-informed support for adults experiencing multiple and complex needs, including homelessness or risk of homelessness, substance misuse, mental ill-health, domestic abuse or trauma, and involvement in the criminal justice system.
