Phoenix is seeking to commence a meter replacement programme for Industrial & Commercial meter installations and is looking to appoint Supplier(s) who can supply rotary positive displacement (RPD) and/ or turbine meters in support of this specific asset work. The initial contract period shall be four consecutive calendar years with an optional extension period, at Phoenix discretion, for a further four years.
