The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) is seeking to establish a non-exclusive call-off contract for the provision of specialist ADHD and autism coaching, mentoring and workplace support services for neurodivergent employees. Services may include individual ADHD and autism coaching, workplace mentoring, manager support sessions, workplace transition support, neurodiversity awareness training, group workshops and anonymised management reporting.
