Wigan Council is seeking to appoint a provider to deliver an Emotional and Mental Health Service for Children and Young People in Care and Care Leavers. The service will provide flexible, evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic and preventative support to children and young people in care, care leavers and their carers.
