Powys Teaching Health Board (PTHB) has identified a requirement to undertake a conversion of a garage into a wellbeing room for staff working at Ynys Y Plant. The works will include upgrades to the insulation, flooring and internal finishes, installation of a small kitchenette, replacement of external doors and windows, electrical alterations including lighting and power, minor mechanical services modifications, and associated external works to improve access and drainage.
