North Norfolk District Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to refurbish The Cedars – a Grade II listed building located within North Walsham Conservation Area, together with the reconstruction of a historic boundary wall within the site’s curtilage. The Council has elected to reserve this competition to suppliers that are based within the administrative area of Norfolk.
