Town and Country Housing are seeking for a sole provider to deliver the external planned maintenance programme for the next 8 years. This includes but is not limited to Cyclical repairs and decorations, window replacements and roof repairs. Homes are located across the Southeast with concentrations found in Tunbridge Wells and Epsom.
