The services required consist of the following deliverables, to be covered under a formal Service Level Agreement: Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) – routine servicing, inspecting and testing to an agreed schedule, according to statutory obligations, British Standards, risk assessments and manufacturer’s recommendations. Reactive Maintenance – a call-out service with on-site response in accordance with set priorities, including emergency out-of-hours provision, to investigate faults and issues, make safe or ‘de-risk’ and repair.
