Knowsley MBC are currently undergoing a respite review and are looking at piloting a bookable planned residential and residential EMI respite provision in the borough. The Council therefore wishes to engage with providers to pilot a residential and residential EMI respite service in Knowsley. The requirement is for one residential and one residential EMI respite bed provision in Knowsley.
