The London Borough of Barnet (LBB, the council) wishes to commission the Countryside Management Operations service. The London Borough of Barnet (the ‘Authority’) is seeking to appoint a sole service provider (the ‘Provider’) to deliver Countryside Management Operation services per Lot on its behalf for a three-year period with the option to extend for one year subject to budget constraints and performance.
