Basic Site Establishment The contractor will be asked to provide costs for: 1. Site clearance, preparation and setting out of allotment plots. 2. Internal access routes to remain as grass pathways. 3. Construction of the car park comprising: 200mm compacted Type 1 sub-base. 50mm gravel wearing course. 4. Definition of all allotment plots using 600mm treated timber posts installed with approximately 300mm above ground level. 5.
