Wigan Council is seeking to establish a Day Opportunities Quality Framework to deliver high-quality, person-centred support for adults with care and support needs across the Borough. The Framework is intended to support a diverse range of adults with differing levels of need. Providers must deliver flexible, responsive and outcome-focused services that enable adults to access the right support, in the right place, at the right time.
