Contract for the multi-disciplinary detailed design for renewal of the two platforms and associated infrastructure and both passenger lifts at Basildon station, in south Essex. Basildon station is located at 24miles 26chains on the FSS2 Fenchurch Street to Shoeburyness line. Basildon Station was constructed in the 1970s comprising 2No. platforms which were partially founded on an embankment constructed in the 1930s.
