The Professional Services Framework comprises five Lots covering a range of specialist consultancy and advisory services required to support the Council's property, maintenance and capital programmes. The Council intends to utilise the Framework for commissions of varying scale, complexity and value, from individual specialist advice through to support for larger refurbishment, improvement and capital projects.
