The purpose of the UK Electrification Skills Framework (UKESF) is to establish a coordinated, evidence-based mechanism for identifying, analysing and communicating current and future skills requirements across the UK's electrification sectors. The framework will support the Battery Innovation Programme's (BIP) objective of strengthening workforce capability by improving alignment between industry demand, skills provision, policy development and investment decisions.
