The MW2520 programme involves the replacement and refurbishment of bathrooms within occupied Hastoe Housing Association properties across London and the South East. Works include resident liaison, pre-start surveys, removal and replacement of sanitaryware, wall tiling, flooring, decorations, associated plumbing and electrical works, ventilation upgrades where instructed, testing, certification and handover.
