A digital and fintech insight agency is required to help NS&I monitor the external competitor landscape, particularly focusing on fintechs, technology, open banking developments and digital innovations. NS&I require a supplier that has expansive knowledge of the digital and fintech sector with comprehensive market coverage across challenger and incumbent banks. The supplier should be able to provide monitoring over an extensive list of competitors within the UK and around the world.
