Midlothian Council seeks to establish a framework for the supply, delivery, installation and disposal of domestic furniture and furnishings, including white goods to various types of domestic dwellings in Midlothian. The supply of goods is to meet the needs of the applicants of the Scottish Welfare Community Care Grant.
