Lifestone Homes Limited wishes to appoint an experienced M&E contractor to undertake varied statutory services of the group and its subsidiaries. The intention is to commence April 1st 2027 for a period of three years with an option to extend for up to two years on a plus one basis (i.e. 3 years + 1 year + 1 year). For clarity, the maximum duration of the contract will be to five years.
