Powys Teaching Health Board (PTHB) require the replacement of the existing flat roof covering over Monnow Ward at Bronllys Community Hospital, Brecon. The existing waterproofing system and roof deck have been identified as being in poor condition, with deterioration attributed to natural ageing, water ingress, membrane shrinkage, failed laps, blistering and previous ineffective repair works.
