Seaton Valley Community Council seeks a contractor to design, supply and install a complete replacement inclusive playpark at the Welfare Park on Beresford Road, Seaton Sluice, for children approximately aged 0-12. The fixed price must include removal of existing equipment, design and project management, groundworks and compliant safety surfacing, new metal perimeter fencing with accessible and maintenance gates, one accessible picnic table, at least two low-maintenance benches, signage, independent post-installation inspection and handover.
