Translink are appointed as the Asset Partner on behalf of the Asset Owner, Department for Infrastructure (DfI), for the management of Bus Shelters throughout Northern Ireland. The current Bus Shelter Portfolio comprises a total stock of approximately 1,460 bus shelters throughout the province, including 104 ‘Metropolis style’ shelters for Belfast Rapid Transport (BRT) . BRT1 also includes four purpose-built Bicycle Storage Shelters . Bus shelters are located province-wide in over 80 settlements.
