This is a project supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). The CAWT PEACEPLUS Early Intervention Support Youth Hubs (EASY) project aims to establish new cross border early intervention support services for families with children and young people presenting with traits consistent with a neurodevelopmental type need or who have been recently diagnosed with a neurodevelopmental condition.
