The Office of Rail and Road has committed to carry out a comprehensive review of its Pay and Reward Strategy for all pay grades below the Senior Civil Service (SCS). The aim is to ensure that ORR has a strategy in place that delivers an equitable and consistent approach to pay and reward which is understood and supported by colleagues.
